I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience dedicated to facilitating healing and empowerment through therapeutic interventions. My primary objective as a therapist is to accompany clients on their unique journeys, employing tailored treatment approaches to meet their individual needs. I use an eclectic approach and draw from my experience using evidence-based practices. My goal is to aid you in achieving your goals, by highlighting your strengths, and equipping you with practical tools and skills that extend beyond our sessions together.

At the age of 3, my mom became a foster parent. I have 6 adopted siblings and as a family, we have fostered over 50 children. These children and experiences profoundly shaped my life and chosen career path. I have a passion for guiding others to identify their strengths and full potential enabling them to evolve into the best version of themselves.
My interests outside of work are traveling, spending time with my family and two children, fashion, reading, and exercising.
I practice gratitude. I am mindful of the fact that the aspirations of my younger self have materialized into the realities I cherish today.
I love family time with my spouse and children, but I also love to recharge with some alone time. Listening to music or watching Gilmore Girls reruns.
