My approach to therapy is Strengths-based, where I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to feel supported, and to explore who they are as individuals. With over 10 years of clinical experience, I believe in meeting my clients where they are, to aid in building a positive therapeutic rapport. I work to assist clients in finding effective ways to manage and reduce their symptoms outside of session, while gaining the confidence to navigate life and its stressors on their own.

Life can be hard. I want people to know that they are not alone when having to navigate life stressors. I want people to feel valued and that they matter.
Spending time with my family. Going for walks and hiking. Playing with my dog. Diamond Art, knitting, and other crafts.
Moving around. Whether it be by going for a walk, yoga, or stretching. Just being active for at least 15-20 minutes day.
Spaghetti Arms. My nephew has Duchene Muscular Dystrophy and this is his non-profit for raising money to help find a cure.
I currently have my dog Emmy and cat Felix. One of my favorite memories is from my older dog, Zoey. She loved the snow. We had a snowstorm once where the snow was deeper than she was. She bounced around in the snow disappearing into the snow with each hop. She was having the time of her life and it was so fun to watch.
