I utilized a variety of techniques that are based in both Interpersonal and person-centered psychology, for me this means that we will work from the perspective that each individual has the answers they need. We will utilize Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (among others as needed). I also practice trauma-informed treatment. I have experience working with all ages and groups of people with a variety of concerns. Additionally, I have experience working with those in crisis, struggling with eating disorders, mood disorders, relational issues, maladaptive coping skills, addiction, and life adjustment disorders.

I found myself entering into this profession because I was in awe of the strength and enormous bravery of those grappling with life issues, myself included. It takes courage to enter a room and share your struggles and to trust the person sitting across from you while you enter into your healing phase, I will forever honor that.
I have a wide variety of interests outside of work. I enjoy being outdoors camping, riding motorcycles, and any water activity. I also enjoy playing video games and reading!
In order to maintain well-being, each person must find what their needs are, mine are spending time alone to "recharge" my batteries. I generally do this by going for a walk, taking warm shower, and spending time each morning in solitude reflecting and drinking coffee!
