I believe I have a unique approach to therapy as I utilize compassionate confrontation to streamline recovery. I am hands-on and direct, meaning I may not tell you what you want to hear but what you need to hear. I utilize multiple therapy modalities, but my favorites are Solution-focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as I feel these approaches help create an improved quality of life and get you to where you want to be faster. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with severe mental illnesses such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, PTSD, anger, identity issues, codependency, mood disorders, and substance use.
I am trained in two different eye movement trauma therapies; Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and have seen tremendous results with my clients healing and finally moving on from their traumas. When working with me, you can expect to learn great coping skills to be able to manage life's stressors independently. You will discover the strength in vulnerability and the relief you feel from sharing and connecting with others. Together I know we can see great results.

I thoroughly enjoy helping others, hearing their stories of where they have been and where they want to go in life. Any way that I can assist in that journey is extremely fulfilling for me.
I enjoy cooking and going on long walks along with the occasional reality TV binge watching session.
I try to keep to a consistent routine of waking up and going to bed around the same time every day. This helps manage my stress and time throughout the day.
People Assisting the Homeless. I worked there previously and loved to see the passion in the employees as they worked so hard to house their clients.
I like to spend time with my sister and my dogs.
I currently have one pet Chihuahua and he is 6 years old and looks like he is 6 months old. He is not like the other Chihuahuas because he is calm and friendly and doesn't bark that much. Everyone loves him! My favorite story of him is whenever we take him to the dog park he walks around like he owns the place even though he is the smallest dog in whole bunch!
