I have worked in community mental health with adults who struggle with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders, depression, anxiety, and those who are incarcerated. My clinical leaning is a Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach. I also use Dialectical Behavior Therapy techniques along with narrative and solution-focused techniques.
Clinically, I see myself as a facilitator taking my cue from you and your personal growth. The population I most serve are adults who are facing anxiety, depression, and phase-of-life issues. I strive to treat all with respect and understanding.
