I have many years of therapeutic experience in helping clients set and attain their own goals to successfully navigate periods of struggle with resilience. I enjoy hiking and being outside as much as possible. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and love cooking for them. I love to read, just about anything, play the piano, and listen to music.
I try to spend time outside each day moving my body and also doing some simple breathing exercises.
