Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Los Angeles who enjoys working with emerging adults and university students. I'm a certified cognitive therapist, so most of my clients come in because they want to work on decreasing unhelpful coping behaviors and increasing the use of helpful coping skills.
Maybe you’re dealing with painful emotions by using strategies that–wait for it–generate more pain. Some of my clients feel so overwhelmed that not existing is starting to feel preferable. Others are managing unwanted, uncontrollable thoughts about horrible things that have happened or might happen. Many are figuring out who they are beyond societal and family expectations.
Growth and self-discovery are awkward processes, so let’s walk into that awkwardness together and see if we can make things a bit more bearable. I would like to support you, challenge you, and be transparent with you about our process. Even if you are struggling, even if it feels like things will never get better, you are not broken. You deserve to live experiencing a complete and balanced spectrum of human emotions. No matter what, I hope that we can support each other in bringing out your full humanity.

I enjoy many different arts and crafts including woodworking, painting, knitting, etc.
PEN America pushes back against the banning of books and the intolerance, exclusion, and censorship that undergird it. I support their work defending freedom of expression in the United States and worldwide.
I have a circle of friends who are all artists, and we craft together.
Yes, a dog. My favorite pet story is the day I reunited my rescued dog with her fully grown puppies, two years later.
