I became a mental health professional because I wanted to do something that would make a positive and direct impact on others. It has always been important for me to work with those who are in need of assistance and help improve their situation.
In my spare time, which isn't much, I enjoy woodworking, playing golf, and spending time with my family.
I start my day with a morning walk, it really helps start my day off right. Being outside in nature is very relaxing to me.
I enjoy woodworking and spending time in the pool as a way to recharge. Woodworking takes my mind off of the day and promotes creativity. While being in the pool is very relaxing and recharging because I enjoy water and natural sunlight.
I have a fish aquarium in my office and have had a fish tank for over 20 years. Watching the fish is very relaxing and my clients love them. They are very curious and tend to watch anyone in the room as much as they are being watched themselves.
