I help people to change behaviors and habits that interfere with leading a satisfying and fulfilling life. I focus my attention on helping people become aware of both the psychological and internal chemical forces that may motivate them.
My advanced graduate degrees in Human Sexuality and Health along with becoming a Clinical Social Worker have allowed me to help people explore in a safe caring environment, aspects of their human nature that influence their feelings, thoughts, and behavior. I am curious and motivated about people and feel excited to help them on their journey about what makes them joyful along with the obstacles that get in their way to that joy.
I believe having a nonjudgmental caring approach to therapy allows people to be heard and understood. By using multiple evidence-based treatments, I help individuals learn to cope with their anxiety, depression, work issues, low self-confidence, lack of focus, sexuality issues, family and personal relationships, and any of life’s challenges that may arise.
