Hello and welcome! I'm Tony and thank you for trusting me with your mental health! Are you struggling with the balance of daily life stressors of family, work, and/or school? Are you not engaging in activities that once brought you joy? If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, I am here to help.
I help clients struggling with anger, aggressive behaviors, drug addiction, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, trauma, school stress, and many other adjustment-related struggles.
Over the past 10 years, I have worked with all ages in the community, outpatient, inpatient, and residential treatment settings. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to teach coping skills to process thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. During sessions, I will teach grounding and focus exercises. I use a light humorous approach at times during psychotherapy sessions. Let's work together to develop emotional regulation techniques, healthy coping skills, and positive thinking habits!

I have always been fascinated by the mind and the understanding that we can control our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Outside of work, I love to play ice hockey and go snowboarding! I have been playing hockey for the past 25+ years and snowboarding for 15+ years.
To recharge, I love going for long drives, listening to music, playing hockey, and snowboarding!
I have two Aussiedoodles named Rocky and Luna who are 2 years old. They are a brother/sister duo who love to play in the yard, go on walks, and bark at the neighbors!
