I enjoy building a genuine connection with people that makes them feel seen, heard, and supported. I want to empower you to find your voice, build confidence, and explore the strengths within you that can help you reach your goals in life. My clients describe me as warm, sincere, supportive, curious, and optimistic. Together, we will work on processing hard feelings, setting goals, identifying options, examining limiting beliefs, and building a system of support that works for you. I believe you are the expert in your life and that you already hold a lot of the answers to your struggles.

From a very young age, I had an interest in helping marginalized communities and individuals who experienced trauma. My 1st career was as a child protective services worker for LA County Department of Children and Family Services (Child Protective Services). I enjoyed supporting families and finding community resources that could enhance and support their lives.
I belong to a Latin American Women's Club, and we socialize and build cultural experiences for one another to share our roots, food, and cultural specialties. I am also part of the Parent Club at my children's school.
I love sleep and enjoy restful mornings. I start my day by meditating and focusing on my daily tasks then outlining my weekly responsibilities by titrating all my weekly responsibilities throughout the week.
NO Bad Parts. It helped me learn that we all have different parts that are created to support us through our lives and the more you are aware of them the better you are in embracing and controlling them.
Post-Partum Support International. They provide an array of free resources to individuals who have struggled with maternal or reproductive mental health. They have a state chapter and provide local outreach in their communities and also provide a National Support Warmline for those who need help.
I have 2 small children and immerse myself in their activities. This helps me feel vibrant and full of life. I play, run, sing, and dance with them all the time.
