Sometimes it helps to draw support from people going through similar challenges. Join a small group that meets regularly around a specific topic to share experiences, learn together, and hold one another accountable.
Octave’s groups are designed by a licensed therapist around a specific topic, often for a limited timeframe. This allows participants to progress together and move on once they’ve built the necessary skills. Groups are limited to 10-15 participants and meet weekly.
If needed, these sessions can be done alongside individual therapy with another Octave provider.
Complete a short questionnaire to tell us about yourself, what type of support you’re looking for, and your preferences in a provider.
Once we receive your information, we'll reach out with any follow-up questions, work to verify your insurance benefits (if applicable), and provide a cost estimate for your services.
Once we find the right match, we’ll set you up with your Octave provider and start your care!
