Why did you become a mental health professional?

It's very exciting to see people make positive changes in their lives and to support people in this.

What are your interests outside of work?

Spending time with family and friends, traveling anywhere new, reading, and going on long walks.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

I learned about mindfulness during my graduate training and practice it regularly. It helps me with all types of things like sleep, shifting my perspective, and increasing my connection to the present moment.
