My Therapy Style

We have all had times when we want to withdraw within ourselves to avoid situations, interactions, or undesirable environments. I work with clients dealing with family/generational trauma that has left them feeling insecure, unsure of themselves, and less worthy. I want to partner with you to create a safe space through counseling, a holistic therapeutic approach that may include trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and yoga that is customized for you and your goals.

I believe combining these practices gives you that safe space in our ever-changing world. It is a mind-body integration that, when applied systematically, allows you to identify what you are retreating from and make restorative changes. It is adaptable for ALL. I am also trauma-focused and trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I am grateful to partner with you, walk this path together, and explore the why behind your troubles. Getting to the why allows us to make the changes you desperately need.
