My Therapy Style

My expertise is related to working with individuals who have experienced grief and loss, as well as symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, or mood, behavioral issues, and career challenges. My therapeutic style is kind, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I strive to build a good therapeutic relationship with all my clients. I will treat all my clients with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I like to use Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness. I individualize the treatment to best meet the needs of each of my clients. I am very passionate about my work and want to make my clients feel comfortable during their sessions. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. My hope is that we will work together to help you live your best life and find joy and meaning again.

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I became a mental health professional because of have a passion for helping people regain their passion for life and find their joy again.

What are your interests outside of work?

I love to watch movies, be with my family, read, and travel.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

At the end of the day, I either go for a nice long walk or I take a 30 minute bath to decompress. I also love watching Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming platforms to decompress.

Do you have any pets?

I am absolutely an animal lover! I have two Great Danes and a Schnauzer. They are 2, 3, and 8. I love going outside and playing with my 2 year old Great Dane. He will grab a toy and he will play keep away. That is his favorite game to play. Then he will go inside and lay on his back with his feet completely in the air. It is the cutest thing ever!
