My goal in therapy is to walk alongside you on this journey, to be a guide and helper. I believe that every person is an expert in their own life. I see therapy as a space to redefine one’s core beliefs – I am unlovable, I am unworthy – and create positive change.
I utilize a person-centered therapeutic approach while incorporating components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Narrative Exposure, Trauma-Informed Therapies & Mindfulness-Based techniques. I specialize in working with folks who have experienced complex trauma.
We can all get stuck and lost in our own thoughts. As your therapist, I will help provide tools on how to handle the waves of emotions that at times can feel never-ending. I would be honored to work with you on your path towards healing.
