My Therapy Style
Throughout my career treating those with substance abuse and mental health issues, I have learned that one of therapy's most healing aspects is the relationship and trust we build with one another. I strive to create a space where you can be your authentic self without judgment because when that is possible the work of healing can begin. I utilize a combination of theoretical approaches including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and relational therapy. Together we can tap into your innermost self and bring out the strength that already lies within.

To help support others because no one should ever feel they are alone in their struggle.
What are your interests outside of work?
I love to read, exercise, spend time with my family, and try new things!
What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?
Spend time talking to my loved ones and playing with my daughter.
How do you recharge?
Running. It always puts me in a good mindset when I am active!
