I am passionate about providing care for individuals, empathetically giving validation, and highlighting their strength-based skills while processing and reflecting on their symptoms peeling the layers within. I approach counseling from a cognitive behavioral view, systems theory perspective, mindfulness, and solution focused helping individuals with collaboration to be successful in their treatment.

I wanted to provide support and spread kindness in the world by being there for others.
I love spending time with my family, going on adventures/trips, and seeing the world whenever I can.
Decompressing by having my alone time, watching television, listening to music, and sleeping resets my mind.
Sleep, sleep, sleep! Haha, I make sure I take some time for myself preferably quiet and away from stimulation and distraction-it is my way of meditating.
