I value curiosity and connection. I entered this field with an understanding that taking care of our minds is essential to living healthy, fulfilling lives. I believe an important element of a healthy mind is healthy supports. I place emphasis on building a collaborative relationship, where with warmth and some good humor, we can figure out together what a healthy mind might look like for you. I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. We will work together to begin to unravel patterns in thinking and behavior and learn new skills for healthier living.
Every individual is unique and therefore I value being eclectic in my style and approach. My intent is to create an authentic, compassionate, space where growth occurs.

I have witnessed the mental health struggles of a good friend of mine since we were kids. Through her journey I learnt how invaluable even life-saving support and connection is.
I love to take my dog Bucky to a nearby nature reserve to play with his canine friends. I'm also into being active and playing sports. I enjoy basketball and the occasional bike ride. In my down time I also look forward to delving into a good mystery book.
I make sure to exercise in the morning. I do daily workouts that help release any lingering stress.
I have a dog named Bucky. He's a German Shepherd-Rottweiler mix. He recently met a Saint Bernard around twice his size and they have become best of friends. They take nightly walks together. Come the evening time, Bucky lets out a cry of excitement because he knows it's time to see his buddy.
