Life can throw many curveballs which can be difficult to manage. I tailor my approach to meet my clients' needs. I find therapy to be a collaborative process where the clinician and client can bounce ideas off of each other to come up with solutions. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy combined with Solutions-focused and Gestalt therapy to empower my clients.
