Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I became a mental health professional because I always have had an interest in human behavior. Throughout my past personal and professional experiences, I have seen how powerful the mind is and therefore wanted to serve as a change agent to help others improve their psychological and emotional well-being.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy traveling, going to the gym, and spending time with my family.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I consistently try to take time out of my day to get out doors. Whether it is going on a walk or playing fetch with my dog, I enjoy getting a breath of fresh air!

What book have you read more than once?

The Bible is one book I have read multiple times. I feel it is an important book to revisit because it provides me motivation and perspective that is directly beneficial to my life.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

My favorite organization is my consulting company, RC Warner Consulting, LLC because of how much personal investment I have in its mission to enhance leadership, diversity, and wellness around the globe.

How do you recharge?

I recharge by spending valuable time with my family. They help me refocus and engage in mindfulness, which is directly beneficial to boosting my well-being.

Do you have any pets?

I have one dog named Zar. He attempted to run away the first month I had him. I chased his down the block and he has been with me ever since.
