My approach to therapy is solution-focused, client-centered, and eclectic to meet the individual needs of clients. I work with couples, families, adults 18+ and older adults using approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, structural, narrative and solution-focused therapy.
I believe our behavior to life’s challenges provides us an opportunity to persevere in situations and our behaviors result as a way to meet that need. I believe in working with you, as a partner to help you identify the solutions that will meet your unique and personal needs, I approach providing services by honoring and respecting our uniqueness and differences.

I listen to relaxing music during the day.
I have two dogs - a Boston terrier and a pug. I wondered if they would get along and immediately found when they met, the cleaned-up "dog proof" house became chaotic and filled with happy dogs playing. That was a relief but also increased my work as a pet parent in a good way.
