Octave partners with you to develop personalized plans that can include individual, couples, family and group therapy. We currently offer virtual services throughout the state.
Our mission is to make therapy more affordable by partnering with insurance companies.
In Connecticut, our mental health services are available in-network for Aetna members, and we're working to add more partners soon.
