I utilize an eclectic therapy style depending on the client that I am treating. I am most comfortable with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and attachment theory. Attachment theory gives the client and therapist a deeper understanding of the individual and CBT gives the necessary skills to begin to grow. I believe in building a relationship with the client to better understand and trust one another during our time together.

I became a therapist help others. I love to see people heal and grow to be better and healthier versions of themselves.
I love to read fantasy and romance books. I enjoy being active whether it is at the gym or on walk with my dog, Kia.
One thing I do for daily self-care is enjoying music while stretching. It is a great way to move my body and be mindful.
Daughter of the Moon Goddess. I love the magical, whimsical, and wonder this story paints. The book has a strong female lead that has purpose and drive to love and protect others.
ASPCA, I also have a heart for animals. This non-profit was made to prevent cruelty to animal. I believe they are pure and lovely and worth our protection for all the love they give us.
I can recharge in a small way by taking a bath and lighting a candle or in bigger ways by planning a trip away to somewhere warm with a pool.
I have one dog, Kia, and she is the best. Kia loves to play. One day we were running around chasing one another and I thought it would be fun idea to hide behind a door (I thought she could be find me easily). She looked for a handful of minutes getting frustrated she started crying. I laughed too hard and gave my position away. It was the cutest, saddest, and funniest situation.
