I hold dual masters degrees from Columbia University and have over a decade of experience treating adults for a variety of mental health disorders and life issues. I offer an individualized, person-centered approach for each client, combining elements of mindfulness, behavioral therapies, and solution-focused strategies to help my clients feel their best sooner. In session, my style is to be both your coach and your cheerleader - I will give you guidance and hold you accountable, all while motivating you and making you feel supported.
