she/her

I work with clients to identify their specific goals, barriers, and ways to problem-solve.

My Therapy Style

I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, and have been able to work with clients in a multitude of degrees of mental health struggles. I enjoy getting to know people, and helping them to get to know and understand themselves. In therapy, I employ a balance of compassion with graceful confrontation. I utilize psychoeducation, skills instruction, and homework assignments to help clients practice using new skills in their day-to-day lives. I love celebrating the wins, and also helping people to learn from the challenges they experience. I tend to be pragmatic, and understand the value of doing what works for the individual.
