I know therapy can be a scary thought, however, I promise you it can be as fast, slow, productive, or as targeted as you wish.

My Therapy Style

I am here to ride with you on your therapy journey. Whether it's your first time seeking therapy or a stop along the way. I enjoy working with individuals to build self-awareness, and self-acceptance, and achieve mental and emotional goals. I am skilled in working with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges of all kinds, trauma, and more. I know therapy can be a scary thought, however, I promise you it can be as fast, slow, productive, or as targeted as you wish. You're in the driver's seat. Ultimately, what you put in is what you get out of therapy—you are in control. Remember, we also don't have to be sick to get better—therapy can be useful in any capacity with which you need help mentally and emotionally.
