Back in 2009, while working as a program manager for a youth program, I have realized that I have the ability to listen and assisted others on their path of bettering themselves.
I enjoy hiking, long walks on empty beach; reading, visiting small, quaint towns and spending time with my loved ones and playing with my rescue Great Dalmatian Jasper. I also volunteer my time and skills with local community and non-profit organizations.
I start and end my days with a quiet meditation and a 2-mile walk.
I read a lot of funny fiction books in my native language, as it relaxes my mind. My most favorite of all times is The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho - a magical and inspiring tale of self-discovery, self-development and the value of life.
Salvation Army, as it is one of the very few non-profits that offers a wide variety of public services for children and adults: food and shelter, employment and counseling services. Despite its religious affiliation, the organization has a desire to help everyone in need.
Lots and lots of self care and spending time outdoors, particularly the beach and ocean.
I have a dog named Jasper he's a beautiful mix of Great Dane and Dalmatian, mostly white with black spots. Jasper LOVES rolling on the ground. One day on a very wet afternoon, Jasper found a big puddle of mud and decided it was the perfect spot when he was done playing, there was not one white speckle on him! I And to make things worse, the dog washing station was broken that day :-)
