My Therapy Style

My practice is equipped to guide you through your journey with compassion. I offer a uniquely supportive environment for first-generation and bilingual individuals. My commitment is to create a supportive, non-judgmental, space that allows me to explore identity, heal, and build a hopeful future. I specialize in trauma-informed care that not only acknowledges but deeply understands the pressures and challenges. My goal is to create an environment where you feel seen, heard, and valued. Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

It is a privilege to be part of a client’s journey where they can find choices in their challenges, heal, grow, discover their purpose, and take ownership of their story.

What are your interests outside of work?

Spending time with my loved ones creating memories, adventures and discovering the world, and traveling. I enjoy the outdoors running, training for half marathons, hiking, camping, or just to be in the moment appreciating nature.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Morning runs, praying, meditating, and practicing gratitude helps me connect with myself.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

Lightning Youth Running Academy. My family and I have been part of Lightning since 2010 that focuses on youths mental and physical health. Cultivates meaningful foundations for children and families to help enrich their lifestyle and future.

How do you recharge?

Getting adequate sleep, having clean home, and rest. I am grateful to have such a supportive system that spending time with my family and friends is the best. I also practice self-care strategies such as a spa day or massages, coffee dates, good food restaurants, travel, music, and sports.
