Helping you see past where you are, to get you where you want to be is my role as your therapist. I understand that a person's well-being can change over time depending on their circumstances. When the demands of life start to exceed our resources and coping, then our mental and physical health can take a toll. I treat the whole person, integrating practices for the mind, body, and spirit.

When I’m not working you can find me hiking or walking along a trail or the beach. I am a trained dancer and still enjoy taking classes so these days I’m into Tango and Salsa. I also enjoy exploring new places, finding antiques, and reading a good book.
The book that always has my attention is: Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking The Stress Cycle by Emily and Amelia Nagoski.
One of my favorite organizations is the YWCA, specifically the one located in Glendale/Pasadena, California. The mission is to eliminate racism and empower women and they have a long history of action behind that mission.
I recharge best by spending time outdoors, being quiet and reflective or spending time in the dance studio. Those are my happy places.
