I take an eclectic approach to therapy, incorporating aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Narrative therapy, Brief Psychodynamic, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Person-centered therapy. My communication style is adapted to the client's needs. I naturally take a compassionate, warm, unconditional stance in the therapeutic relationship while keeping a semi-structured and boundary-oriented approach in session. As a client, you should feel accepted, welcomed, supported, heard, and safe.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending my time outdoors (hiking, beach lounging, biking, snowboarding, offroading, etc), reading, strength training, baking, attending concerts, traveling, and being with my loved ones.
I make sure to practice daily mindfulness meditations, stretch, and connect with loved ones daily as a way to support my mental health.
I have a pup and my favorite memory with her is paddle boarding at the river. She is a toy breed, but she LOVES the water and is up for adventure!
