Through experience and my own research, I have developed an integrated approach to therapy. I begin by providing education around symptoms then developing collaborative goals to reduce your symptoms. Once we have established our goals, we will then apply the most updated evidence-based practices into treatment. This integrated approach allows for flexibility in treatment.
