My Therapy Style

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of clinical experience working with clients up to 80 years old. I value supporting each client with where they are and working with them through any issues that they encounter during their life journey. I believe in partnering with each client and walking alongside them through the healing journey. I utilize clinical modalities from at least five clinical pillars when conducting sessions: Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused CBT, Psychoeducation, and Crisis Stabilization. My goal is to ensure each client experiences progress and change, as they define it.
