I have fifteen years of experience serving those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I am also a certified prenatal mental health provider. I enjoy empowering individuals of all sorts and encouraging them to wellness through a holistic approach. You can expect to feel supported and nurtured as well as motivated to accomplish your goals. I provide a safe space to process thoughts and feelings and to create solutions. I do this by taking a holistic approach to improving your overall wellness.

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I because a mental health professional because I experienced postpartum depression and anxiety after the birth of my child and did not receive the support I reached out for and needed. I want to help other individuals who are struggling and seeking support to manage their mental wellness.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Prayer/Meditation.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. because I believe in Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood.

How do you recharge?

I pray, attend church, listen to music, and audiobooks. I spend time with friends, dance, I cook, see my personal therapist, and get massages to recharge.
