As a clinical therapist with more than five years of working with individuals and families, I have learned that the most important part of a therapeutic relationship is trust and compassion. I am passionate about working with individuals to reach their goals and full potential. I believe you are the expert in your life, and it is my role to provide support through various life changes to promote growth. Through collaboration, we can achieve great outcomes as we work to identify underlying core causes beyond presenting symptoms.
My education, training, and life experiences allow me the knowledge to work alongside a vast variety of clientele of all ages, cultural backgrounds, and social economic status. I have specialized training in various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT); all with an emphasis on client-centered care. I am excited to partner with clients to work towards the agreed-upon progress goals.
