Sometimes life can be difficult and we can get stuck in ways that keep us from achieving our full potential. Many people stay too long in a place of unhappiness and despair. If you are anxious, depressed, have been through a traumatic experience, or just feel stuck and hopeless, you need someone to understand you and provide the professional support and expertise to help you feel good again.
I am trained in traditional, evidence-based methods, however, my goal is to provide personalized and customized care that will fit your particular needs. I believe that therapy is not a "one size fits all" approach. I will provide special attention to your areas of need to help you achieve your best self.

I have a 3-year-old rescue dog. He used to run away any time we opened the door. During his first Halloween with us, we opened the door for the trick or treaters and he started to run away with the bucket of candy. We were able to catch up to him down the block but the bucket of candy got spilled all over the street.
