I don't box clients into a certain approach, but I try to identify the client's needs to create a safe and suitable approach to therapy. I have experience in different approaches. My therapy style is eclectic, culturally inclusive, empathetic, warm, and non-judgmental. I strive to help clients feel empowered and safe to find, have, and strengthen their voice in navigating life and the world. Trust, feeling safe, and being listened to is vital for a meaningful therapeutic alliance and relationship.

I was a medical student in Italy, but always very interested in psychoanalysis and psychotherapy.
Traveling and food.
Spending time with the people I love, cooking, reading, and staying physically active.
I am interested in the topic of intersubjectivity because it deals with people's way of connecting and forming relationships. Jessica Benjamin is my favorite author.
