I have over a decade of experience in the field of clinical psychology. My main priority is helping clients to live a well-balanced and satisfying life. I utilize therapies with strong evidence behind them and collaborate closely with each client to create a unique treatment plan tailored to their specific needs. I am well-versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness. I have particular expertise in helping clients who are experiencing high stress, anxiety, OCD, grief, depression, or trauma. I also incorporate work on lifestyle components impacting mood such as sleep, weight management, nutrition, exercise, health concerns, and meditation.
