My Therapy Style

You can expect a collaborative, respectful, and empowering therapeutic process. We will work together to identify the core of your issues, develop a strategy to improve your overall level of functioning and tap into your inner strengths. Treatment is catered to meet your specific needs. I meet clients where they are without judgment and with compassion. I am here as a guide who provides the expertise and support necessary. Through our work together, many clients have transitioned from feeling in a rut to experiencing profound personal growth and renewed optimism for the future.

Get to Know Me

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, particularly outside grilling or barbequing. I love being near the water, either at the pool or on the boardwalk near the ocean air.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I intentionally get a good night's sleep as often as possible. Sleep is our best safeguard for emotional wellness. I also drink lots of water.

What book have you read more than once?

Hold On, But Don't Hold still by Kristina Kuzmic. Kristina is an inspiration to the field of parental mental health and mothers in particular. She is so real and so validating. She can uplift any parent on any given day with her honesty and transparency. She is a true advocate of mental health.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

Postpartum Support International — they are amazing! They support literally ALL parents with their various free and online support groups. They also train and support mental health providers including reproductive psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners. Their annual fundraiser, The Climb, is the world’s largest event raising funds and awareness for the mental health of new families.

How do you recharge?

Generally it's with my family and friends. When I need to recharge from my family and friends, I like to watch a new binge worthy show on Netflix or take a walk by myself.
