My Therapy Style

Seeking support takes a lot of courage, and you should be proud of yourself for taking the first step towards building awareness into your own thought processes and behaviors.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California with over 9 years of clinical experience working in university college counseling centers and various teletherapy platforms. I understand how experiences and life transitions can increase stress and begin to impact emotional well-being, relationships, or individual performance.

I utilize evidence-based practices to help individuals alleviate and manage unhelpful thoughts or behaviors that get in the way of everyday life and tasks. My counseling style is warm, empathic, interactive, and engaging. While my approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and solution-focused treatment, it is important that the treatment plan meets your specific goals and areas of focus. I work from a strength-based collaborative approach to empower individuals to be involved in their own process of change and growth

I look forward to supporting you, and working with you every step of the way.
