My style is meeting you, the client, where you are, and gently helping you achieve your goals. Having grown up both in the Middle East and India, I am skilled at helping clients who struggle with assimilation and other cultural issues. I also believe in a client-centered approach with a focus on building a trusting relationship. I have extensive experience in treating patients with anxiety, depression, stress, work-related stress, life transitions, caregiver stress, and relationship issues. I have had much success in helping people who want to lose weight and improve their overall well-being. I have years of experience in the area of grief and loss as well as with people who have chronic illnesses. I focus on helping clients develop habits in the form of micro steps.

I believe that every human being can lower their suffering by changing or tweaking the way they think, and approach life stressors. With that in mind, I feel I can help them improve the quality of life.
