My Therapy Style
I am licensed clinical social worker with a PhD in IO Psychology who has over 25 years of clinical experience. I treat a wide range of issues from depression, anxiety, OCD, Autism, ADHD, family of origin issues to trauma. My goal is to provide optimal supportive care and ensuring treatment is focused on your personal needs and challenges. My clinical focus will be to enhance the quality of your life and your daily functioning.

Why did you become a mental health professional?
I wanted to help those in need and to ensure no one has to feel alone in their suffering.
What are your interests outside of work?
Cooking, gardening, traveling, reading, spending time with family, and walking.
What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?
Meditation.
What book have you read more than once?
7 Habits of Highly Successful People by Stephen Covey. Throughout my life the book always resonates with me. It is such a simple but true guidebook. The concepts are useful for everyone and especially in treatment.
Favorite organization/non-profit?
Autism Support and Resource Council because they help families with neurodivergent children.
