I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with 20 years of work experience. I specialize in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, parenting issues, self-esteem, confidence, and addictions. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear and judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.

Our son is a hockey player and just returned from training in New Hampshire. We love to see him play now that he is home for the summer. Our daughter is a ballerina and we thoroughly enjoy watching her performances throughout the year. Our family has a boat and we love to go out on the ocean and fish when the weather is good. Otherwise, we cruise around the intracoastal and meet up with friends at the sandbar. We also like to bike around our neighborhood and catch some baseball games. Currently, it is Spring Training and we have season tickets!
I pray the rosary daily and I go to the gym daily.
Labrador Retriever Rescue of Florida (LRROF); Our family became a foster home for Labs because we have always loved and had Labs. We started fostering approximately 10 years ago. We have found "furever" homes for 7 Labs throughout our tenure and we ended up adopting our first foster, Miley. We process applications for the organization and both my daughter and son help with this now that they are older.
