With 15 years of experience as a marriage and family therapist, I’ve worked with hundreds of men, women, and children in the California area to address issues such as trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, irritability, and stress.
I incorporate a collaborative approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused, client-centered, and Dialectical modalities. I meet my clients where they are and tailor treatment to meet each client’s individual and unique needs.

Being an African American man growing up in Los Angeles, I have faced my share of challenges and obstacles and when stress sets in, I understand that even the smallest pebble can feel like a major boulder. I come from a traditional family where men, and oftentimes women, are discouraged from seeking help to deal with life's struggles and stresses. I aim to fill that void and change that narrative.
I enjoy empowering everyone, and helping them understand their struggles, anxieties, life challenges, and how to overcome them.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, bowling, sports, and listening to jazz music.
I exercise, walk my dog, and ensure I have quiet "me time" (mindfulness).
Boys and Girls Club. They support children's overall well-being. They offer recreational activities, educational support, and wellness programs.
I love physical exercise, spending time with family, and engaging in mindfulness activities.
I have a dog (bullterrier) named Khari. I love watching him get the zoomies. He runs around the house at full speed when he gets excited.
