I believe that life is a beautiful journey, but also filled with important and difficult seasons for us to rethink, refocus, and re-evaluate our purpose for more intentional living. I seek to support clients to explore the past, accept the present, and identify empowering shifts in beliefs and actionable steps to improve self-image, confidence, and hope for the future. Previous clients have shared that I am a great listener, patient, supportive, and offer helpful resources and tools.

Being a first generation Asian American immigrant has shaped my capacity to understand and appreciate diversity and acculturation. I have always enjoyed helping people and making connections to help people feel supported, cared for, and valued in all seasons of life.
I enjoy time with my family and friends, going to concerts and live music, going to the beach, playing volleyball, volunteering (church, community, and twins club), finding the best local coffee shops (Spanish lattes or lavender lattes are my fav), and eating gourmet donuts and Mexican food.
I love reading and spending time with my family.
Multiples of America supports mothers with twins and higher-order multiples. This has been a special group to me since I was pregnant with my twins.
