Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

My journey began as a social worker with a specialization in children and families. Working in Level 3 and 4 NICU as well as a U.S. top 10 birthing hospital has further deepened my understanding of perinatal struggles, including high-risk pregnancies, traumatic births, unexpected medical diagnoses, neonatal loss, and perinatal mood disorders. Supporting individuals through these profound struggles has intensified my passion for supporting the perinatal population in private practice, where I can offer a more personalized and impactful approach to care.

What are your interests outside of work?

I love to watch movies with my Fiancé, explore the zoo and museums with my son, and I aim to read at least 5 books a month. I also consider myself a foodie and love to cook and try new restaurants in my area.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Working out has done wonders for my mental health and well-being!

Do you have any pets?

I have two terrier mixes, Aria is 14 years old and Tchaikovsky is 4.
