My Therapy Style

I believe that healing and positive change take place in the context of supportive and accepting relationships. Whether you seek to work through anxiety, address trauma, or enhance your relationships, my goal is to support you on your journey. I strive to create a brave and compassionate space where you can explore what healing and growth look like to you. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. If you hope to gain skills to manage anxious patterns, process impactful experiences from your past, or navigate a challenging life transition, we can work together to do so.

Get to Know Me

What are your interests outside of work?

Being active outdoors is where I thrive! I enjoy surfing, hiking, running, camping, and snowboarding, just to name a few.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Petting my dog!

What book have you read more than once?

I try to read The Hiding Place by Corrie Ten Boom yearly. The story is a firsthand account of the author's experience smuggling Jews out of Nazi Germany and who was herself, along with her family, captured and lived in the concentration camps. It's a story about the power of the human spirit and the strength one can draw in the most dire of circumstances through kindness, relationship, and loving your neighbor.

How do you recharge?

I recharge through movement, being in nature, and spending time with loved ones. When I have a break between clients, you'll likely find me on the walking path near my office.
