I wanted to help people navigate and heal the unhelpful conditioning they received growing up from society, family, etc. so that they could fully be the most authentic and empowered version of themself. One of my life missions is to empower people and help them heal, especially from trauma. I love holding unconditionally loving space for others to heal and discover their own inner wisdom. It is such a gift and honor. I believe all humans deserve to learn how to hold themselves with compassion and empowerment.
