My approach is warm, collaborative, and respectful. I believe in joining with clients through supportive, non-judgemental interactions, to help clients to better understand themselves and their experiences, and to help foster skills and tools to improve coping in the face of challenges.

When I'm not working I am enjoying time outside either hiking, exploring the beach, or local parks, or I'm playing around with new recipes in the kitchen.
One thing that I have gotten in the habit of doing to support my own well-being is taking a few minutes to identify what I am thankful for. Especially on days that feel harder, this can bring me back to a more peaceful and grounded mental space.
Being outside is my best medicine! I love the feeling of the sun and the sound of the rain. Any time I am having a hard day or feeling drained even a few minutes outside can usually make me feel a little better.
I currently have two sweet kitties, Wiley and Phoebe, who are snuggly and playful, though have very different personalities. I have always dreamed of running a rescue shelter for strays and often have to fight the urge to fill my home with dogs.
