Hello there. I am so grateful that you have courageously taken the steps and time to find support for yourself and your life. Now that you're here, I want to highlight that I believe you have the capacity to connect to your own inner wisdom. It is from this place that we can embark on our healing journey, discovering more of ourselves and moving towards what we really want. I would love to support you and your journey, witnessing you as you move through life.

I support individuals, families, and couples, resolve life stressors, and trauma, and regain balance. I am a bilingual (Spanish/ English) therapist who has extensive experience treating, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, mood-related Disorders, and attachment. In doing so, I weave together different modalities to support a client's whole self mind, body, and spirit.

I am a Trained Dialectical Behavior Therapist (DBT) and a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist. I utilize mindfulness and meditative practices, with attachment-based understandings to complement and tailor my approach to each client. I am mindful of how your unique experiences impact and intersect with how you show up every day and how the world receives you. I will be here working alongside you as you brave your way through life, find new meaning, and regain your purpose.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy playing soccer, hiking, walking my dogs, and enjoying the outdoors as much as possible.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

One things I do daily, is go on a walk right at sunset. It allows me to slow down, take in the day, and ground myself in that moment.

Do you have any pets?

I have three dogs, two Pit Bulls and one German Shepherd. I have tons of stories to share, but my favorite story has to be when my Pit Bull jumped out of the truck window (it was open) to see me after not seeing me for two weeks while I was on vacation.
